8 Days Fitness Challenge
It’s the Most Wonderful Time of Year!
The time between Thanksgiving and the New Year is a special time for so many people. It’s also a stressful time, and getting all the things done can be challenging. So challenging, that when you’re stressed and short on time your workout is the first thing to go.
But wait! It doesn’t have to be that way. Something is better than nothing, and by playing along with us and using Tim Ferriss’ concept of “the minimum effective dose” you can still maintain your fitness level. You may not go down a size (or maybe you will) or set any new PRs, but at least you won’t have to start over on January 2nd. Oh, and you’ll still fit into your pants, so there’s that.
As in years past we’re challenging you to get in a certain number of workouts between December 1st and December 31st. All we’re asking you to do this year is eight of the workouts we post during that period; that’s two workouts a week. Of course, you can always do more than eight, but that’s the minimum.
We’ll post a workout every Monday (our Workout of the Week) through Friday during that time. You can use these workouts as a supplement to your Performance Fitness workouts or as stand alone workouts if you’re not a current client (and why aren’t you a client?) or if you’re too busy to make it to the gym that week.
