Personal Training is all about you!
Your program is customized based on your fitness level, medical history, and your goals.
During your sessions we're able to modify your program workout to workout (or even in the moment) depending on where you are, what results you're getting, and what your body can do
And just because you're training in a private setting, that doesn't mean you won't have fun and support. Your trainer will keep you smiling even while you're working.
Our Group Training Program is the closest you can get to personal training in a group setting.
We pride ourselves on our ability to progress or modify workouts and exercises for people at different fitness levels. Form (based on what is right for your body) is first in our workouts, so you never have to worry about if you're doing an exercise right.
In Group Training we focus on building Strength using Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Barbells, the TRX, and your bodyweight.
And because we want you to have a well-rounded program, you'll also work on cardio and core training at every class.
We also have dedicated Kettlebell classes.
Best of all you'll get the benefit of working with a community of people who will energize, support, and inspire you.
