Both men AND women need strength training to look, feel, and be their best. Anyone who strength trains can tell you that it does three major things:

  1. MAXIMIZES FAT BURNING
  2. GIVES YOUR BODY A DEFINED, SCULPTED LOOK
  3. INCREASES CONFIDENCE

Building lean muscle makes all the difference in your appearance and performance. "Chronic cardio" cannot get you the results you want. The more you strength train, the more FAT you'll burn EVEN AT REST!

WHAT IS STRENGTH CAMP?

Strength Camp is our specialty boot camp that focuses on strength training. We use barbells, dumbbells, bodyweight progressions, TRX, and kettlebells to help you get strong and build muscle. Getting strong means that you can function better in EVERY aspect of your life. Building muscle means that you'll boost your metabolism and burn fat. We offer Strength Camp two to three days per week. Taught by our rock star trainers, Strength Camp is proven to get you results. We're talking improvement in strength, appearance, energy levels, and quality of life!
