Tabata x 3
The WOW, or Workout of the Week, is a short workout that you can do on your own as an add-on to your training. These workouts are designed to be mostly equipment free (so you can do them anywhere) and of medium to high intensity. Modify as needed depending on your fitness level and intensity needs.
This week’s workout is gonna make you sweat!
You’ll do three different Tabata couplets. Alternate between each exercise doing 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for exercise one and then 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for exercise two. Do the couplet four times before moving on to the next.
At four minutes per couplet you’ll be done in just 12 minutes. Now that’s my kind of cardio!

- Lateral Hops
- Medicine Ball Chops
Tabata 3:
- Power Jacks
- Shadow Boxing (Alternate jabs and crosses)
