Upper and Lower Body Strength Circuit

The WOW, or Workout of the Week, is a short workout that you can do on your own as an add-on to your training. These workouts are designed to be mostly equipment free (so you can do them anywhere) and of medium to high intensity. Modify as needed depending on your fitness level and intensity needs.

Another strength workout for you this week (because getting and being strong is COOL!).

You’ll do all of the exercises in this workout, except the Renegade Rows, without weights.

Don’t have weights for the Renegade Rows? No worries. You can do that exercises without weights too.

Do 3 Rounds of the following:

  • 10/10 Staggered Push-ups
  • 12/12 Bowlers’ Lunges
  • 12/12 Renegade Rows
  • 10 Walkouts to Squat

Go through the circuit without rest, then rest for 30 to 60 seconds at the end of the sequence. Repeat two more times for a total of three rounds.
