Upper/Lower Body Strength Circuit
The WOW, or Workout of the Week, is a short workout that you can do on your own as an add-on to your training. These workouts are designed to be mostly equipment free (so you can do them anywhere) and of medium to high intensity. Modify as needed depending on your fitness level and intensity needs.
A little bit of upper body strength/a little bit of lower body strength are what makes up this quick circuit.
You’ll do four exercises for a descending ladder of 8, 6, 4, 2.
Go through all four exercises doing 8 reps each, then 6, etc.
Here are the four exercises:
- Double Dumbbell Skull Crushers
- Double Bicep Curls
- Double Rack Front Squats
- Forward/Backward Lunges (8/8)
