Client interview – Judy B.

Judy has been a Group Training client with Performance Fitness for about 3 months and has made big changes in her health and fitness! She lost 6 lbs in her first couple of weeks, has gotten serious about her nutrition, improved her coordination, and has built strength, stability, and flexibility.
Although she has a chronic knee issue, Judy can exercise safely thanks to a challenging and successful fitness plan designed for her by our trainers.
