- 4 Push-ups
- 10/10 Foot Elevated SLGB
- 6 Push-ups
- 10/10 Foot Elevated SLGB
- 8 Push-ups
- 10/10 Foot Elevated SLGB
- 10 Push-ups
- 10/10 Foot Elevated SLGB
Have a Kettlebell? Start and end the circuit with 15 Kettlebell Swings.
