12 Days Fitness Challenge – Day 2

Day 2 Workout

Intervals

Perform 60 seconds of all-out work immediately followed by 60 seconds of light work for 7 rounds (14 minutes total). Examples for your all-out work/light work intervals include:

-Running/jogging or walking
-Power walking/slower walking
-Jumping rope/jogging in place
-Running stairs/walking stairs
-Running, jogging or walking uphill/running, jogging or walking downhill or on a flat
-Cycling all-out effort/cycling lighter effort

Make sure to warm-up with 3-5 minutes of cardio.

Remember!

Your mission is to complete 12 days of workouts or activities between December 9th and January 5th. You will automatically receive credit each time you attend a personal training session or a class. If you aren’t  scheduled for or are unable to do a session or class, do any daily DIY workout or an approved alternate activity. Once you’ve completed any DIY or alternate activity reply “done” to the workout email or post to comments here.
